Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your NPS Solovair footwear. If your boots or shoes are not the perfect fit, you can return them in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original NPS Solovair box and ensure all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our Wollaston factory, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
